Service center was clean, quick, and friendly. They do not take appointments, so you risk waiting a while but for a Saturday afternoon, I didn’t feel like an hour was terrible! I’ve used the Dover service center and will definitely be switching to Salisbury.

My son's 2013 Sonata had its engine seize up while he was 4 hours from home. After the first mechanic diagnosed it but couldn't repair it we had it towed to Pohanka. Could not have asked for a better experience! Kept us well informed, got the engine replacement covered by Hyundai, and finished the job a week before it was expected. Definitely made bad situation much better...thank you so much!!!

Stanley was excellent. He took the home to look into different options before I even arrived at the dealership. Once there he took us around to show us what was available and was very honest. He made what could have been a stressful time and process, pleasant and seamless.

Pohanka Toyota has been our family's trusted car servicer for years. Kyle (service) has exceeded all expectations and has been extremely helpful for us. Just today, Kyle saw me at our gym and took time out of his day to help fix a problem with my car in the parking lot of the gym. I will truly miss this dealership as they have helped me since I first got my license. Professional, reliable staff that truly cares for their customers.

Hands down Pohanka of Salisbury is the best. Blake Henson, is a beast. He made a bleak situation into a positive situation. Hands down Blake is a Notch above his co- workers. Promote immediately above his peers. Thank you for all of your help. Not once did he waiver on helping to get me a number, where I wanted to be.

Im from out of town and needed service on my Tucson at the last minute I brought my car in mid-day and was fortunate enough to deal with Carly, a service writer. She was most accommodating and treated me like I was a steady customer for years. I could not have been more satisfied with the treatment that was provided. I’ll be back to Pohanka for service when needed. Keep up the good work and many thanks to Carly.

Johnny Thompson was the most helpful, understanding, nice sales person. He made sure I was in love with my vehicle and that I didn't feel pressured into buying. The one we had originally decided on wasn't available so he ended up making sure I got in one that was even better. I will go to him for all my Toyota needs.
